Artificial intelligence received a huge boost recently with the release of ChatGPT, a generative AI chatbot that has opened the world’s eyes to the potential of AI.

Virtually overnight, ChatGPT has become an intelligent office assistant for many of us, a tool we use on a daily basis that can save hours of time and stimulate our creativity.

But what exactly does AI mean for hotels? On May 9, I’ll be tackling this question in the next instalment of the Shiji Buzz, Artificial Intelligence: Why Should Hoteliers Care?
